Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Taking into account the General Ordinance for the Granting of Subsidies approved by plenary agreement dated March 17, 2005, as well as the Strategic Subsidy Plan approved in 2026 by plenary agreement dated February 24, they will be able to access the aid contemplated in these Bases: LINE 1 NEW ACTIVITIES – GENERATIONAL RELEASE - Entrepreneurs who wish to start a new activity with date after June 1, 2025. - Entrepreneurs who wish to continue an upcoming or recently closed activity (generational change), except transfer due to 2nd degree affinity kinship relationship, in which case they would go through Line 2. They will be eligible, in cases of generational change as a result of retirement or Permanent Disability. LINE 2. EXISTING COMMERCIAL PREMISES Self-employed or self-employed persons, legally constituted civil societies and communities of property and micro-enterprises, whose main activity is commercial or services; and that they carry it out in commercial or service establishments related to the commercial activity located in the municipality of Etxebarri and are included among those listed in the section “headings subject to the subsidy”. For the purposes of the provisions of this call, commercial activity will be understood as the making available to the market of products or merchandise acquired for that purpose, without substantial modification thereof, as well as the sale of final consumer goods carried out directly by producers, artisans or industrialists, such goods being understood as those not intended to be integrated into production processes, marketing or provision of services to third parties, as well as the provision of services when they are offered to the market on a final basis. In the case of communities of property or civil societies, each and every one of the private natural or legal persons participating in them will be considered beneficiaries, and all of them must comply with the requirements and conditions established in these bases. In any case, a representative of the group must be appointed with sufficient powers to comply with the corresponding obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the entity. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this aid is to define and regulate the conditions and requirements that must be met by any natural or legal person who wishes to make an investment aimed at modernizing any of the commercial or service premises of Etxebarri in the context of the “Aid Program for Commercial Activation” which aims to promote the modernization of commercial establishments and services related to the commercial activity of the municipality of Etxebarri through innovation, the improvement of its management instruments, infrastructure and commercial equipment. The object of these rules is the regulation of the procedure for granting investment aid for the modernization of empty premises where a commercial or service establishment is opened, or a generational change occurs (Line 1) as well as the improvement of premises that currently already carry out a commercial activity (Line 2). The call is intended for all natural or legal persons interested in starting an economic activity in one of the empty commercial premises of Etxebarri, in providing continuity to already existing businesses through generational change, as well as those who are already carrying out said activity, regardless of the place of residence of the interested person. Those activities subject to this call that are located in the Lezama Leguizamón, Barrondo and Etxepare Industrial Estates will be excluded. Third.
