Official description of the call
First: The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of the Business Awards of the Principality of Asturias in the form of Radar Awards for Entrepreneurial Innovation in Asturias, the purpose of which is to recognise, promote and enhance business initiatives in the Principality of Asturias. a) 1 Radar Award for Entrepreneurial Innovation in Asturias SPINOFF. b) 2 Radar Awards for Entrepreneurial Innovation in Asturias EBT. c) 1 Radar Award for Entrepreneurial Innovation in Asturias EBT IMPACT. Second: The maximum total amount authorized to finance this call for awards in the year 2026 is eighty thousand euros (€80,000). This amount has been authorized from the Agency's budget, by Resolution of June 30, 2026 of the Executive Directorate of the Agency. The endowment of the Business Awards of the Principality of Asturias in this call amounts to: 1.Radar for Entrepreneurial Innovation in Asturias SPINOFF: fifteen thousand euros (€15,000) 2.Radar for Entrepreneurial Innovation in Asturias EBT, 2 awards of twenty-five thousand euros (€25,000) each 3.Radar a Entrepreneurial Innovation in Asturias EBT IMPACT: fifteen thousand euros (€15,000) Third: Regulatory regime. By virtue of article 4 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, these awards are excluded from the scope of the aforementioned Law as they are granted without the prior request of the interested party. The granting of the prizes will be governed by the provisions of this call, in the regulatory bases, approved by Resolution of October 6, 2021, in the Law of the Principality of Asturias 2/1995, of March 13, on the Legal Regime of the Administration, in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and other applicable regulations. Regulation (EU), No. 2023/2831 OF THE COMMISSION of December 13, 2023 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid is applicable to these awards; in such a way that the total de minimis aid granted during any period of three fiscal years to a beneficiary entity may not be higher than the limit that corresponds to it according to said Regulation based on its sector of activity. Fourth: Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications to the public call for these awards, in the current fiscal year 2026, will be from the calendar day following the publication of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias, until 2 p.m. on October 13, 2026. Fifth: Other information. On the Agency's portal (www.sekuens.es) you will find the standardized application models.
