Beneficiaries Natural persons, legal entities and entities without legal personality that meet the requirements and carry out the actions contemplated in Order 7/2024, of June 10, in the territorial scope of the Valencian Community. Second. Purpose To call for aid for sustainable fishing, sustainable aquaculture and promotion campaigns for the year 2026, within the framework of the programming period of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) 2021-2027. Regulatory bases Order 7/2024 of June 10, of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for sustainable fishing, sustainable aquaculture, transformation and marketing of fishing and aquaculture products, all within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2021/1139 of the European Parliament and the Council of July 7, 2021 establishing the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF); and Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 24, 2021, establishing the common provisions and financial rules of different funds, including the EMFAF.
