JOSE LUIS SÁEZ PASTOR, Mayor-President of the City Council of Guardamar del Segura, MAKES IT KNOWN: That on July 6, 2026, the Local Government Board adopted agreement No. 2026-0240 for the approval of the Bases and Call for the granting of subsidies to associations of any type and non-profit entities of Guardamar del Segura, corresponding to the 2026 year, which literally transcribed reads as follows: (...) "BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES TO ASSOCIATIONS OF ANY TYPE AND NON-PROFIT ENTITIES OF GUARDAMAR DEL SEGURA, ANNUITY 2026. FIRST BASIS. - PURPOSE OF THE SUBSIDY The purpose of these bases is to regulate the procedure for the granting of subsidies to Associations of any type and non-profit entities of Guardamar del It is certain that they carry out cultural, educational, sports, social and/or youth activities; in accordance with the purposes of the association or entity and that the project, action, conduct or situation financed has as its objective the promotion of an activity of public utility or social interest or the promotion of a public purpose whose jurisdiction is local, in accordance with section c), point 1, art. These activities must take place from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026. SECOND BASE. - LEGAL NATURE The grants awarded will be governed by the procedure for granting competitive grants, evaluating the applications submitted in accordance with the evaluation criteria previously established in these regulatory bases and call (article 22.1 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies) and its development regulations, according to the principles of equality and non-discrimination, publicity, transparency, competitive competition, objectivity, effectiveness and efficiency. This line of subsidies is included in Strategic Line 4: Cultural Promotion (920.48100) of the Strategic Subsidies Plan of the City Council of Guardamar del Segura Period 2026-2028. City Council-Plenary, on December 5, 2025. THIRD BASIS. - AMOUNT OF SUBSIDIES AND BUDGET LIMIT The financing of the “Subsidies to Associations of Any Type and Non-Profit Entities of Guardamar del Segura, annuity 2026”, will be attributed to the budget application “Subsidies to associations of any type” (2026.920.48100) of the Municipal Budget approved for the year 2026. The granting of subsidies will be conditional on budgetary availability, and in any case, until the credit allocated to the call is exhausted. The budgetary credit available for the 2026 annuity is twenty thousand euros (€20,000.00). concurrence with other aid for the same activity, exceed the cost of the subsidized activity. FOURTH BASIS - RECIPIENTS AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Those associations of any type and legally constituted non-profit entities, whose registered office and activity is carried out in Guardamar del Segura and who, on the date of submission of applications, meet the following requirements, may be beneficiaries: a. Entities, in accordance with the provisions of article 12.2 of the Citizen Participation Regulation of the Real Villa de Guardamar del Segura; will be accredited by the corresponding certificates issued by the competent administrations. c. Be up to date with the payment obligations to the City Council of Guardamar del Segura. d. Not be subject to any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies.
