Beneficiaries In accordance with the fifth basis of the call: 1. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidy, applicants must meet the following requirements: Be registered in the Special System for Agricultural Self-Employed Workers, or be legitimate owners or operators of the agricultural plot. That the agricultural plot is located in the municipality of Massamagrell and free of abandonment, remaining in adequate conditions for agricultural activity. 2. Purpose The purpose of the call is to support, encourage and promote the agricultural sector of Massamagrell through the establishment of financial aid in order to promote the recovery of the Massamagrell orchard by reducing operating costs derived from the cultivation of fruit and vegetables. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call, as well as the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Massamagrell City Council, are published in the municipal Electronic Headquarters and in the National Subsidies Database. The General Subsidies Ordinance was definitively published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia no. 85, of May 5, 2022. Fourth. Amount The aid will be financed from budget application 15.4100.480.15 of the municipal budget in force for 2026, with an initial allocation of 35,000 euros. The maximum eligible aid will be the lower of the following amounts: • The result of multiplying the number of hanegadas cultivated by 500 euros. • The maximum amount of 2,500 euros per applicant. The final amount to be awarded will be determined by the expenses actually justified by invoices and proof of payment. If, once all accepted applications have been attended to, there is credit available, the aid granted may be increased to a maximum of 3,500 euros per applicant, provided that there is sufficient credit and the expense incurred is documented, in accordance with the provisions of Base Seven of the call. Application submission period The application submission period will begin the day after the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia and will end on September 15, 2026. Applications may be submitted through the Electronic Headquarters of the Massamagrell City Council or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of the Administrations.
