These bases comply with the provisions of the administrative concession contract for the construction, operation and conservation of the sports facilities located in the Bonanza Urbanization signed on April 12, 2007 between the Náquera City Council and Mr. Jorge Aznar Martínez, in the name and representation of the company Tenis 92, SL, where this Concession is regulated. In the second basis of the contract, it is stipulated that "the fee for this contract is established in the amount of 6,000 euros per year to the City Council plus the corresponding increase in the CPI, distributed as follows: 3,000 euros in cash and 3,000 euros in sports scholarships.
