Description of the Call: Agreement of the Local Government Board, dated July 9, 2026, by which the Call is approved, under a competitive competition regime, for the Torrellano Talents Contest of 2026. Beneficiaries: Any person, without age limit, with Spanish or foreign nationality and legal residence in Spain may participate. In the case of minors, for their participation they must have the consent of the father and/or mother or legal guardian.
