First.- Beneficiaries. Natural persons who, at the time of execution of the expenditure, have a recognized dependency situation, reside and are registered in Arroyo de la Encomienda at least six months in advance, are up to date with their tax obligations and use the aid to improve their personal autonomy or social integration through works, housing equipment or use of taxis, may be beneficiaries of this aid, provided that they meet the general requirements and, where appropriate, the specific requirements provided for in the bases. In the case of aid intended to carry out works, adaptations or acquisition of permanent equipment for the home, this must be the habitual residence and property of the beneficiary, his or her partner or close relative up to the 2nd degree by consanguinity or affinity, or have authorization from the owner if it is rented. The granting of aid will depend on the level of the applicant's annual income, which may not exceed 3 times the current annual IPREM in 14 payments, all as established in the fourth base of the call. Second.- Purpose and eligible expenses. Eligible expenses: The expenses covered by the call made from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 will be eligible. The invoice for the expense incurred, as well as its payment, must be dated between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026. It is understood that the financing covers not only the supply of the element, but also, and where applicable, the installation. Eligible expenses will not be those corresponding to technical aids included in the catalogs of health benefits of Social Security or mutual societies for civil or military officials. The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are in accordance with the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Arroyo de la Encomienda City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valladolid No. 88, of May 11, 2021. They will be published on the electronic headquarters of the municipal website (Electronic Headquarters - ARROYO DE LA ENCOMIENDA CITY COUNCIL). Fourth.- Amount.
