Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.es) and in this DOE (https://doe.juntaex.es/). First. Beneficiaries. SMEs with tax domicile and production center in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura may be beneficiaries of this aid, regardless of their legal form, and that have an average workforce of at least 10 employees hired in Extremadura, in the twelve months prior to the date of submission of the application. In the case of new companies that have been in operation for less than 12 months, the highest value will be considered between the average workforce that they would have had since they registered with Social Security or the one existing on the date of submission of the application. Whose main activity is not excluded according to article 4 of Decree 89/2024, of July 30. Second. Purpose This aid program aims to improve the competitiveness and growth of Extremadura SMEs, training, qualifying and training their management teams, in such a way that it enables them to achieve greater training and qualification, in different areas of a managerial, direction, decision-making or other areas related to the development of strategic projects for the applicant SME, Master type, executive programs, improvement programs or other similar training actions, as long as they have a duration of at least 50 hours. training, and that are going to be taught by Business Schools or Universities, that meet the requirements established in article 5 of the Decree regulating aid. Room. Amount The aid will consist of a subsidy of 40 percent of the registration costs, up to a maximum limit of 4,000 euros per training program and participating person. The financial allocation of the call is set at 250,000 euros, 125,000 euros charged to the 2026 annuity and 125,000 euros charged to the 2027 annuity, charged to budget application 14004.323A.77000, Funds Code FD211A1302 and Expenditure Project 20240063 AID PROGRAM FOR THE TRAINING OF MANAGERS. The financing of this aid will be carried out, whenever possible, with a co-financing percentage of 85 percent charged to the Operational Program of the European Regional Development Fund -ERDF- of Extremadura corresponding to the 2021-2027 programming period, within Political Objective 1 'a more competitive and intelligent Europe, promoting an innovative and intelligent economic transformation and regional connectivity to information and communications technologies'; Priority 1.A 'Digital and Intelligent Transition' and Specific Objective 1.3 'The reinforcement of sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and the creation of jobs in them, also through productive investments'. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications may be submitted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura (https://doe.juntaex.es) and will end on September 30, 2026. Sixth.
