Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First section. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call for aid for complementary compensation and aid for the replacement of animals on farms of certain livestock species as a consequence of the execution of official programs for the surveillance, control and eradication of animal diseases for the 2026 year. Second section. Beneficiaries 1. The beneficiaries of complementary compensation aid for lost profits may be private individuals and legal entities and entities without legal personality that are owners of cattle, sheep, goat and rabbit farms in which a sanitary vacuum is required, for reasons of suspicion and/or confirmation of the presence of a disease subject to an official health surveillance, control or eradication program or action. 2. Beneficiaries of aid for the purchase of replacement animals may be private natural and legal persons and entities without legal personality that are owners of farms registered in the Valencian Community of bovine, ovine and caprine species whose purpose is the replacement of troops, in which the slaughter of animals was ordered or, in the case of rabbit farms, the sanitary vacuum was authorized to recover the sanitary qualification, after the diagnosis of a disease subject to a program or an official health action of surveillance, control or eradication; The cases of animals of those species that died in those official health frameworks mentioned, and the cases of death or sacrifice of those animals as a consequence of an official mandatory vaccination program, will also be included. 3. This aid may be applied to companies in crisis that meet the requirements of article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2472 applicable to this order, as regulated in section 59 of article 2 of said Regulation. Third section. Regulatory Bases ORDER 13/2024, of November 28, of the Department of Agriculture, Water, Livestock and Fisheries, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of complementary compensation aid and aid for the replacement of animals on farms of certain livestock species as a result of the execution of official programs for the surveillance, control and eradication of animal diseases. Fourth section. Amount • Maximum global amount for complementary compensation aid for loss of profits: €50,000.00 • Maximum global amount for the replacement of animals: €200,000.00. Fifth section. Application submission deadline From the day following the publication of the extract of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana and until December 31, 2026.
