CALL 2026 FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES FOR GENERAL EXPENSES OF OPERATION AND ACTIVITIES TO ASSOCIATIONS FOR SOCIAL WELFARE

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The call is addressed to all those entities with registered office in Dos Hermanas that are registered in the Registry of Citizen Entities prior to the publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville of these Bases and that have as their object specific projects in the defense and protection of animals. Persons or entities that are in the situation that bases the granting of the subsidy and in which the circumstances provided for in art. 5 of the General Subsidies Ordinance, provided that they are not subject to any of the causes of prohibition established in art. 13.2 of the LGS. Requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary entity: Have legal personality and capacity to act and be duly registered in the Registry corresponding to the end date of the application submission period, when this requirement is required in accordance with current legislation, having said documentation updated. Lack of profit motive. Aimed at all those entities domiciled or that have a permanent delegation in Dos Hermanas, registered in the Registry of Citizen Entities of the Dos Hermanas City Council prior to the publication in the BOP of Seville of this call, with at least TWO YEARS old. Have as its main purpose in its statutes, activities and actions that may benefit the animals, the maintenance of the facilities, personnel and activities where they provide services. Be up to date with the payment of tax and fiscal obligations to the Dos Hermanas City Council, as well as with Social Security, imposed by current regulations. Have sufficient structure to guarantee the fulfillment of its social purposes and be able to accredit experience and operational capacity to achieve the proposed objectives. Not being involved in any of the causes of prohibition to receive subsidies established in art. 13.2 of the LGS. Be up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies granted by the Dos Hermanas City Council. Have justified any subsidy previously granted by the Dos Hermanas City Council once the deadline to do so has expired. Entities that fall under the causes of prohibition provided for in sections 5 and 6 of art. 4 of Law 1/2002 Regulating the Right of Association. The granting of the subsidy may be denied to those entities that do not guarantee democratic functioning, the participation of their associates and the fulfillment of their social objective. The way to prove the requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary person or entity will be done by providing the documentation and information that must accompany the grant application required in section 8. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is to establish the system for granting subsidies to local non-profit associations for the implementation of specific projects that favor, through the implementation of activities, the development of a social interest. Third. Regulatory bases. Amount. The granting of the aid provided for in these Rules will be limited to the budgetary availability determined for this purpose. The credit corresponding to the total amount allocated to the corresponding calls for subsidies regulated by these bases will be reserved and will be charged to the item of the respective budget year. At the same time, maximum subsidy limits may be established, based on the evaluation criteria established for this purpose in each call, accredited by the applicants in each call. The amounts that cannot be allocated in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding call, as established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan, may be reused in subsequent calls for the same budget year.
