FIRST. Beneficiaries 1. Young athletes who meet all of the following circumstances will be considered beneficiaries of the aid: A. Be under 26 years of age or have turned 26 in 2026. B. Own the administrative neighborhood in Algemesí for a minimum of 12 months, on the date of submission of the aid application. C. Be in possession of the valid federative license for the corresponding sport modality. D. Accredit the status of a high-level sports athlete at the state or regional level, in accordance with the seventh base of these bases. In the event that the applicant, at the time of presentation, is not registered in Algemesí, they will have to prove that they were born in Algemesí and that the reason for not appearing in the registry is high-level sports practice, in the case of athletes residing in state or regional sports training centers, this situation being accredited by means of certification from the corresponding sports federation. SECOND. Purpose The purpose of the aid regulated in this call will be to financially collaborate with high-level athletes and high sporting performance in Algemesí in the financing of training and competition programs to achieve their sporting objectives. THIRD. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for granting the subsidy will be available on the electronic bulletin board and on the Algemesí City Council website www.algemesi.es. QUART. Amount The aid will be granted for the 2026 financial year, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros per applicant. FIFTH. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call on the corporation's bulletin board.
