First: Beneficiaries The recipients of this aid will be all students of the Higher Technical School of Computer Engineering (ETSII), enrolled in Degree studies in the academic year 2026/2027 in any of the courses leading to obtaining official graduate degrees listed below: • Degree in Computer Engineering • Degree in Software Engineering • Degree in Computer Engineering • Degree in Mathematics • Degree in Video Game Design and Development • Degree in Cybersecurity Engineering • Degree in Data Science and Engineering • Degree in Artificial Intelligence. In this regard, those students who are enrolled in a double degree program, in the 2026/2027 academic year, that includes any of the degrees mentioned above, will also have the right to request aid. To obtain the aid covered by this call, applicants must meet the requirements established therein. General Requirements Be a Spanish student or possess the nationality of a citizen of a member state of the European Union. In the case of citizens of the European Union or their family members, they will be required to have the status of permanent residents or to prove that they are self-employed or employed. In the case of non-EU foreigners, the provisions of the regulations on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration will apply. Be enrolled in the ETSII, in the 2026/2027 academic year, in one of the studies related to the second point. Not being in possession of or not meeting the legal requirements to obtain an official degree of the same or higher level than the corresponding studies for which aid is requested. Students from other universities who are or have been developing a national or international mobility program at the URJC may not apply for these aid. Financial Requirements The scholarship will be awarded to the applicant who demonstrates that they are below threshold 1, specified in this same point, as defined in the call for the current course of university studies scholarships of the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports. If there are no students in these conditions, it will be extended to those who are below threshold 2 and, failing that, threshold 3, specified in this point. Among them, the scholarship will be awarded to whoever has a highest grade access grade. All requirements must be met from the submission of the applications to the completion of the entire aid process.
