First.- Object To call, under a competitive competition regime, the granting and payment of aid aimed at promoting the plantations of species in the territory of Castilla y León that provide high-value forestry production. Second.- Beneficiaries: - Public entities that own land susceptible to plantation. In the case of lands belonging to the State or the Autonomous Community, aid may only be granted when the body that manages said lands is a private body or a local entity. - Legally constituted natural or legal persons under private law, owners or usufructuaries mortis causa of land susceptible to plantation. - Groups of people listed in the previous point that, although lacking legal personality, are established with the main purpose of carrying out jointly the actions provided for in this order. - Communities of property that are owners or usufructuaries mortis causa of land susceptible to plantation.
