ANNOUNCEMENT By Mayor's Decree of July 20, 2026, the bases for the granting of subsidies to inhabitants of Bergara who participate in the modules and conferences organized by Idazle Eskola in the 2025-2026 academic year have been approved, so it is being published: Bases for the granting of subsidies to inhabitants of Bergara who participate in the modules and conferences organized by Idazle Eskola in the course 2025-2026 1.- PURPOSE The purpose of the subsidies is to encourage the participation of residents of Bergara in the modules and conferences organized by IDAZLE ESKOLA within the UNED of Bergara. 2.- REQUIREMENTS People who wish to obtain a subsidy must meet the following requirements: Be registered in Bergara for at least 12 months before the start of the course. Not be involved in any of the causes indicated in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003 of November 17. Be up to date with the payment of your tax and Social Security obligations, as well as with the City Council. 3.- FINANCING The Bergara City Council will allocate 1,000 euros to subsidies for Bergara residents who take part in the modules and conferences of the 2025-2026 academic year. 4.- APPLICATIONS Applications must be submitted to the General Registry of the Bergara City Council, using the form F0046C Request for aid for courses at the Idazle Eskola (School of Writers), which is available on the municipal website or at B@Z. The deadline for submitting applications for the modules and conferences in which participants participated in the previous school year, from September to August, both inclusive, will end on October 25, 2026 (including this day). Documentation to present: National Identity Document. If the request is made by a person other than the interested person, a representation form (F0136) accompanied by the DNI, passport, or residence permit of the interested person, in addition to that of the applicant. The maximum amount of subsidy awarded will be the following: • To people who justify being unemployed or being students during the duration of the course, 100% of the total cost paid for registration. • In the rest of the cases, 75% of the total cost paid for registration. In the event that the budget allocation planned for this aid is not sufficient to respond to the maximum aid indicated above, it will be distributed proportionally among all applications. 6.- RESOLUTION Once the deadline for submitting applications has ended, they will be reviewed by the Municipal Department of Euskera, and, if any document is missing, a period of 10 days will be granted to correct it. Once this period has ended without the required documentation having been submitted, it will be understood that the interested person has withdrawn and the application will be filed. Finally, and once the department has issued its technical report, the Municipal Citizenship Information Commission will submit a proposal for granting subsidies to the Mayor, who will be the one to adopt the appropriate resolution. The resolution adopted will be notified to the person concerned.
