Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries Startups that meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of the aid, in particular those that have their headquarters in the municipality of Valencia or its metropolitan area, or that develop their activity linked to the Valencian innovative ecosystem in the terms provided in the call. Those entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not obtain the status of beneficiaries. First.- Beneficiaries Startups that meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of the aid, in particular those that have their headquarters in the municipality of Valencia or its metropolitan area, or that develop their activity linked to the Valencian innovative ecosystem in the terms provided in the call. Second. - Purpose Those entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies apply, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. Third. - Regulatory bases This call is part of the 2026 Action Plan of València Innovation Capital and is governed by the regulatory bases approved by the Foundation, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the Cuarto entity's corporate website. - Amount The aid is non-monetary. The maximum individual estimated economic value of in-kind aid is set at 1,100 euros (VAT excluded) per startup. The estimated maximum total amount of the call amounts to 26,400 euros (VAT excluded), for a maximum of 24 beneficiary startups. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia until September 6, 2026, inclusive. The presentation will be made exclusively by electronic means through the form enabled by València Innovation Capital. Sixth. - Other information Applications must be submitted exclusively electronically using the form enabled by València Innovation Capital. The concession will be carried out on a competitive basis once compliance with the requirements established in the regulatory bases has been verified. The accepted applications will be sent to the organization of Web Summit Lisboa 2026 for evaluation in accordance with the evaluation criteria applicable to the event. Effective participation will be conditional on validation and definitive selection by said organization. The aid does not include the costs of travel, accommodation, subsistence, insurance, visas, transportation or shipping of materials, production of promotional materials, own personnel or any other costs derived from participation in the event, which must be assumed entirely by the beneficiary entities. The aid regulated in this call is considered de minimis aid, in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2831, of December 13, 2023, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid.
