1. Purpose of the subsidy. The main purpose of this call is the granting of a scholarship to carry out research work, as stated in the Strategic Subsidies Plan 2026-2028. The objective of this research is to document and make visible the contributions of women in the municipality to work, social, economic, political and cultural life throughout history. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Compliance with all the decisions included in these rules Acceptance of the scholarship must be communicated in writing within ten business days. Commitment to return the scholarship, along with late payment interest, in the event of not being able to comply with the planned work program. Develop a work program linked to the objectives of the scholarship. In order for the Beasain City Council to make a second payment, they must present a report on the development of the work after 6 months. Carry out the research work in Basque appropriate to the type of scholarship awarded. Deliver a copy of the subsidized research work in paper and computer format to the Beasain City Council within the established period. Record the collaboration of the Beasain City Council in the publication and in all publicity of the work carried out. Ownership of the work will rest with the author. The Beasain City Council reserves the right to proceed with the total or partial publication of the research. In this case, the scholarship recipient renounces receiving the copyright. If the Beasain City Council decides to publish the works, it must notify the authors and may publish it within a period of five years. The exploitation rights of this first publication will correspond to the Beasain City Council. Deadline and place for submitting applications These bases will be sent to the BDNS once approved by the full City Council and will subsequently be published in the BOG.
