1. Purpose of the subsidy. The Eibar City Council, in collaboration with the Basque Summer University (UEU), is calling for a research scholarship, with the aim of promoting research in Basque and paying tribute to the Eibar Basque researcher and researcher Juan San Martin. Requirements to apply for the subsidy 2.1 The scholarship may be individual or may be received by a team formed for that purpose.
