1. Purpose of the subsidy. In accordance with the provisions of article 23.2 of the LGS and the Bases that regulate the subsidy, this City Council proceeds to make the call for the granting of subsidies for the edition in Basque or in bilingual (Basque and Spanish) of signs, inscriptions and elements that make up the corporate image of commercial, industrial premises or headquarters of associations in the town. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Establishment requirements: - The commercial, industrial premises or the headquarters of the association that is the subject of the subsidy must be located in Eibar. - In the case of signs or elements or inscriptions outside the establishment, the corresponding municipal license for the installation must be available. Requirements for the sign, inscription or element of corporate image: - The texts must be written in Basque or in Basque and Spanish correctly and appropriately. - When the text is bilingual, the presence of Basque in the text must be at least equal to that of Spanish.
