Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. All entities and institutions that develop R&D&I activities in Biomedicine or in Health Sciences and Technologies listed in article 5.1 of Order CNU/1316/2024, of November 18, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid in the strategic lines of health research within the framework of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research, may be beneficiary entities of this action. 2024-2027. Second. Object. The purpose of this resolution is to approve the call for granting subsidies aimed at the maintenance and implementation of the three programs developed and linked to the Precision Medicine Infrastructure associated with Science and Technology (hereinafter, IMPaCT). These programs are designed to promote the generation and transfer of knowledge of the highest quality in the National Health System, ensuring scientific-technical excellence, equity and efficiency in the use of available resources. Third. Regulatory bases. Order CNU/1316/2024, of November 18, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of aid in the strategic lines of health research within the framework of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research 2024-2027 ("BOE" of November 21, 2024). Room. Amount. The maximum total amount allocated to aid amounts to 50,000,000.00 euros. In accordance with the provisions of article 56.2 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the maximum total amount mentioned above is estimated and, therefore, the granting of subsidies is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting resolution. Likewise, it may be increased with a total additional amount of 5,000,000.00 euros when, as a consequence of the occurrence of any of the circumstances provided for in article 58.2.a) of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies, there is an increase in the credits available before the granting of the aid. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The period for generating and submitting applications and the remaining necessary documentation begins on September 8, 2026 and ends at 3:00 p.m., peninsular time, on September 29, 2026.
