ANNOUNCEMENT By decree of the Mayor's Office of July 29, 2026, the regulatory bases for the subsidies of the Auzo-taxi program and its public call for advance processing have been approved, so they are published: REGULATORY BASES OF THE SUBSIDIES OF THE AUZO-TAXI PROGRAM AND THE PUBLIC CALL FOR THEIR PROCESSING STATEMENT OF MOTIVES The City Council of Bergara, in session held on January 27, 2025, approved the Bergara City Council's Strategic Subsidy Plan 2025-2027, which includes the different strategic lines, among which is the following: Strategic line 7: Neighborhoods, Rural development, Environment and Sustainability. The 3rd action of this line is to help the mobility of people residing in rural neighborhoods. On the other hand, this plan contemplates that these subsidies will be granted annually while the plan is in force and that an open call will be made for the granting of the subsidy. These bases have been prepared for this purpose. Article 1. Purpose of the subsidy The purpose of these rules is to regulate, during the validity of this 2026 call, the granting of subsidies for the use of taxis within the municipality by people residing in rural neighborhoods that do not have regular public transport service. The validity of this call will extend from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa until December 31, 2026, provided that the budget credit is not exhausted beforehand. Article 2. Budgetary credit and amount of the subsidy The credit available for the granting of these subsidies is 5,000.00 euros. This expense will be paid from the corresponding subsidy item in the 2026 budget. If the budget allocation for this subsidy is exhausted before December 31, 2026, this will be reported at the same time it is exhausted through an announcement that will be published on the municipal website and on the town hall notice board, ending the program and no more subsidies being granted. Article 3. Beneficiaries Individuals who, at the time of submitting it, meet the requirements detailed below may submit their application and become beneficiaries: 1.- Be registered in Bergara, in one of the neighborhoods listed in Annex I. 2.- Be over 18 years of age or, if between 12 and 18 years of age, have the authorization of their parents or guardians. 3.- Not be subject to any of the impeding circumstances contemplated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. 4.- Be up to date with the payment of your tax and Social Security obligations. 5.- Not have any type of debt outstanding with the Bergara City Council and be up to date with the payment of its fiscal obligations, taxes, rates and public prices. The Bergara City Council will verify ex officio that the applicant is up to date with the Bergara City Council. Article 4. Applications and documentation to be submitted 4.1.- The deadline for submitting applications will open the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, and will remain open until the funds of the item are exhausted and, at most, until December 31, 2026. If the subsidy is exhausted, this will be announced through an announcement published on the municipal website and on the municipal notice board, ending. the program without granting further subsidies. The application must be submitted to the General Registry of the Bergara City Council or, failing that, through the other means contemplated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. 4.2.- The application, duly completed and signed by the applicant, must be accompanied by the documentation indicated in the following point of this article.
