EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR THE GRANT OF FINANCIAL AID FOR BOOKS, SCHOOL MATERIALS, EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND SCHOOL SWIMMING COURSES FOR THE 2026-2027 YEAR. ARTICLE 1.- Object The Object of these bases is to regulate, through the competitive competition procedure, the granting of aid for books, school supplies, extracurricular activities and school swimming courses for families, for students registered in Vallirana, who carry out their studies in public or subsidized centers in Vallirana or outside the municipality. ARTICLE 2.- Requirements Requirements to request educational support aid: a) That both the beneficiary and the student are registered in the municipality of Vallirana. The beneficiary is the one who makes the request, father, mother or legal guardian. b) That the student is enrolled in a public or subsidized center in Vallirana or outside the municipality in any of the following educational stages: - Students of the Talaia and Barrufets municipal nursery schools - Early childhood and primary education students - ESO students - Baccalaureate students - Students of Intermediate Training Cycles (CFGM) - Adult School students in preparation for access tests to Intermediate Training Cycles and/or Superior c) Beneficiaries must be up to date with their obligations with the Vallirana City Council, the Tax Agency and Social Security. (*) d) Submit the application and the documentation required in the bases, in the manner established in the call. e) Not receive any other aid for the same concept from the Vallirana City Council. f) These aids are not compatible with other subsidies for the same concept (*) The presentation of this documentation will not be necessary. Therefore, prior authorization from the person interested in the request will be required. ARTICLE 3.- Beneficiaries Parents/legal guardians of students registered in Vallirana and enrolled in public or chartered centers in Vallirana or outside the municipality may be beneficiaries: - Students from the Talaia and Barrufets municipal nursery schools - Early childhood and primary education students - ESO students - Baccalaureate students - Intermediate Training Cycles students (CFGM) - Adult School Students for the preparation of access tests to Intermediate and/or Higher Level Training Cycles Fathers, mothers and legal guardians or people temporarily or permanently in charge of the care of the beneficiaries can apply for aid. ARTICLE 4.- Budget allocation The amount of aid for books, school supplies, extracurricular activities and school swimming courses for the 2026-2027 school year will be the responsibility of the application of the budget 422 32600 48000 AID BOOKS SCHOOL MATERIALS AND EXTRASCHOOL ACTIVITIES, of the expenditure budget for the year 2026, for an amount maximum of 60,000.00.-€. In the event that the total amount of the expense is greater than the amount indicated in the call, a percentage adjustment will be made until the total amount allocated is reached. ARTICLE 5.- Amount of aid In order to determine the amount of aid, the income level of the family unit from the previous year will be taken into account, according to income from the Income Tax return (*), as well as the number of children, according to the following economic bracket. The maximum amount for books, school supplies and extracurricular activities is as follows: Tranche 1: For family unit income less than €20,000.00 - Families with 1 child: up to €200 maximum - Families with 2 children or more: up to €250.00 maximum Tranche 2: For family unit income of €20,000.00 to 50,000.00.-€ - Families with 1 child: up to 150.-€ maximum - Families with 2 children or more: up to 200.-€ maximum Families who present supporting documents for school swimming courses will receive specific aid for this concept. So it will be compatible to receive this aid with the corresponding aid for the rest of the concepts. The maximum amount for school swimming courses is as follows: Tranche 1: For family unit income of less than €20,000.00 - Up to €100.00 maximum for each child who participates in the swimming activity Tranche 2: For family unit income of €20,000.00 to €40,000.00 - Up to €75.00 maximum for each son who performs the activity
