TITLE: Extract from the Agreement dated June 29, 2026 of the Local Government Board of the Santiago de Compostela City Council approving the regulatory bases and call for the V EDITION OF THE BUSINESS EXCELLENCE AWARDS URBAN AGENDA 2030 OF THE SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA CITY COUNCIL Text In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3. b e 20.8.of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the V EDITION OF AWARDS FOR BUSINESS EXCELLENCE URBAN AGENDA 2030 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias First- Object and purpose The purpose of the AWARDS FOR BUSINESS EXCELLENCE of the URBAN AGENDA 2030 is to reward companies that have distinguished themselves for good practices in the field of work-family conciliation, the circular economy, innovation, the marketing of cultural products and services, challenges of the 2030 Urban Agenda of Santiago de Compostela, of the good practices of social economy companies and also of the good practices that aim to retain, attract or improve talent. The purpose of the Business Excellence Awards of the “Axenda Urbana 2030” of the Santiago de Compostela City Council is to recognize and appropriately value companies that show a great commitment to total quality. These awards, for companies, must represent a stimulus to achieve excellence, encourage intrapreneurship in the company, the development of viable business ideas in which sustainable development is valued, as an element that contributes to achieving business viability and consolidation. Second- Beneficiaries The Business Excellence Awards of the “Axenda Urbana 2030” of the Santiago de Compostela City Council are aimed at all companies that have their fiscal headquarters and, at least, one center of activity in the Santiago de Compostela City Council, under any legal form admitted by law, and regardless of their field of activity. The third base defines the categories to which Santiago de Compostela companies may apply, each of them being able to present their candidacy for several categories. To qualify for the “Good practices of social economy companies” category, the company must be a cooperative, labor society, special employment center, or insertion company defined as such according to the provisions of the Social Economy Law of Galicia. Companies that, in a certain category, were awarded in another edition of the same awards and resubmitted their candidacy in this edition in the same category, may not be beneficiaries of these awards. However, companies that have won awards in other editions of these awards may submit their candidacy for a category other than the one in which they were awarded. A company cannot be awarded in more than one category. Candidate companies for the Award will submit an application form and a report for each of the categories to which they apply: Standardized form CS006PE available as Annex I, duly covered in all its fields and signed electronically. All data must be covered, as well as the following responsible declarations: • Declaration that you are up to date with your state and regional tax duties, with Social Security and with the Santiago City Council, presenting the corresponding certificates. • Declaration that the requirements to be a beneficiary are met at the time of publication of the extract of this call in the BOP. • Responsible declaration from the applicant that they are not subject to any of the prohibitions to be a beneficiary included in sections 2 and 3 of article 10 of Law 9/2007, on Galician subsidies. • Responsible declaration of all aid requested and/or granted under the de minimis regime, during the current year and the two previous years, by the competent public administrations, or public entities, national or international or, if applicable, a declaration that no aid or subsidies were requested or obtained. • Responsible declaration that the data contained in the report is true.
