Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons, public or private, who are owners of the strategic cultural facilities of the Diputació de Girona may apply for the grants covered by these rules. Facilities that are not included in the Declaration of strategic cultural facilities of the Diputació de Girona and facilities that have another specific subsidy line from the Diputació de Girona are excluded. To obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, applicants must meet the general requirements and conditions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
