Announcement from the Most Excellent Valencia City Council on the extract of Resolution Z-312 dated August 6, 2026, of the Delegate Councilor for Human Resources, Central Technical Services, Participation, Neighborhood Action and Districts, by virtue of resolution No. 319 of November 21, 2025, which approves the call for the III SCHOOL WRITING CONTEST ON SUSTAINABILITY ENVIRONMENTAL DISTRICT OF PATRAIX. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/923848): First. Beneficiaries: 6th grade primary school students from the Patraix Municipal Council district may participate. Natural persons who, meeting the specific participation requirements established in each of them, are subject to any of the causes of prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiaries established in article 13 of the LGS may not participate in the respective calls. Likewise, they will have to be up to date with compliance with tax obligations with the State Treasury and with the Valencia City Council and with Social Security, as well as compliance with obligations for reimbursement of subsidies. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to stimulate and enhance writing, as well as the reflective and creative capacity of sixth-grade students from schools in the Patraix Municipal District by creating a writing contest on environmental sustainability. The texts can be presented in Valencian or Spanish. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valencia City Council and its Public Bodies, initially approved by plenary agreement of July 28, 2016 (BOP 1-09-16), elevated to final by Mayor's Resolution No. Z-903, dated October 19, 2016 (BOP 2-11-16). Room. Amount: The following prizes will be awarded: ¿ Five prizes of €150 each. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications for participation will be from September 15 to October 31, 2026, both included. Others: The participating educational center will present a general application in the General Entry Registry of the Patraix Municipal Board, attaching two sealed envelopes: - Envelope No. 1: On the outside, the name of the center and number of essays presented by course and language will be noted, without any other identifying information. Inside, it will contain the essays of the participants from your center, unsigned (stapled if they are two pages), with the title, course and language of the work. - Envelope No. 2: The name of the school will be written on the outside.
