FIRST. OBJECT AND PURPOSEThe purpose of these bases within the framework established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies approved by RD 887/2006, of July 21, is to define the conditions and the procedure to be followed for the application and granting, under a competitive competition regime, of the subsidy to be granted by this City Council for the acquisition of textbooks and materials didactic for the 2026/2027 academic year and for the following educational stages: Childhood education: Second Cycle of Early Childhood Education (3, 4 and 5 years) Primary education (first, second and third cycle) Compulsory Secondary Education Baccalaureate and training cycles (Middle and Higher Grade) University Degree Studies and Masters The purpose of this aid is to contribute to alleviating the expenses borne by families of children enrolled in the educational stages mentioned above. SECOND. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITION OF BENEFICIARY IN THE GRANTThe parents and/or guardians of those students who meet, at the time of granting, the following requirements may apply for the aid regulated in these bases: A) Be registered in the municipality of Tous, both the person declaring the aid request and the student, at least 12 months prior to the date of publication of this call and continue to be registered at the time it is granted. the aid.B) Be enrolled in school and regularly attend the center where the student is enrolled at the time of the call.C) Fathers, mothers or guardians must be up to date with their tax obligations with the Treasury, with the City Council of Tous and with Social Security. Students or, if they are minors, parents or legal guardians who fall into any of the following sections will not be eligible for the subsidy: a. Be fallen into any of the circumstances indicated in art. 13 of the LGS.b.Not having repaid any of the subsidies granted by this City Council when they were obliged to do so.c.Not being up to date with the tax obligations with the Tous City Council or with the Tax Agency, or having debts with the Social Security.d.Not justifying in the established terms and conditions, any subsidy granted by the Tous City Council. THIRD. - DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. Subsidies may be requested from the day following the publication of the corresponding annual call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia and until March 30, 2027.
