1- Purpose of the subsidy. In accordance with the provisions of article 23.2 of the LGS, this City Council proceeds to make the call for the granting of subsidies aimed, on the one hand, at supporting entrepreneurs at the time of creating their companies by financing part of their expenses and, on the other hand, at supporting the transfer/modernization of already existing companies. Within these subsidies, there are 2 lines: * Support for the start-up of new business projects (Annex 1): The creation of new business projects in any economic sector will be encouraged, including those initiatives that arise as a result of an intrapreneurship process or a transfer of activity. * Support for the consolidation of companies by relocating/modernizing facilities (Annex 2): Companies in the commercial, hospitality and service sectors will be supported. 3- Subsidy amount: €200,000. Amount available for line 1 (support for the start-up of new business projects): €110,000. Amount available for line 2 (support for the consolidation of companies due to relocation/modernization): €90,000. Second: Beneficiaries 2- Requirements to apply for the subsidy. Natural persons, legal entities, civil societies and communities of property may access this subsidy that do not fall under any of the prohibitions established in article 13.2 of the LGS. The beneficiaries of LINE 1 of the subsidy must meet the following requirements: * That the work center is in Eibar. * Having started the main activity of the company between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026. To do this, registration in the corresponding IAE will be taken as a reference. * In the case of new businesses that arise as a result of an intrapreneurship process, the new activity must have a differentiated IAE registered between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026. * Have a feasibility plan or project report validated by Debegesa. * The activity must have submitted, before September 30, 2026, the corresponding qualifying title in the Urban Planning Department of the City Council, according to models available on the municipal website (www.eibar.eus): classified activity license or prior communication of the activity * People who have their professional office in their habitual residence or carry out the company's activity, activities that are carried out in the facilities of a business incubator, are also required to request the corresponding qualifying title. * In case of transfer, have submitted, before September 30, 2026, the prior communication of change of ownership of classified activity. * Keep the activity/company registered for a minimum period of 12 months. For this, the IAE will be taken as a reference. * Create at least one job, including the promoter, except in cases in which the new activity is the result of an intrapreneurship or transfer process. * In the case of renting the premises, the rental contract must have a duration of at least 12 months. * Be up to date with your tax obligations with the Eibar City Council, Social Security and the Treasury. * In the case of civil societies and communities of property, in addition to the requesting entity, its members must be up to date with payments to the City Council, Social Security and the Treasury.
