Natural persons who hold a self-taxi license on the Island of Fuerteventura may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, in the terms established in article 11 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and in accordance with Decree 74/2012, of August 2, which approves the Taxi Service Regulations. Object, conditions and purpose. to. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the call for subsidies offered by this Island Corporation to promote and carry out projects for improvements, adaptations and acquisitions of auto-taxi vehicles, thus compensating for the economic effort that their owners must endure, within the framework of the annual development of the Strategic Subsidy Plan proposed by this Island Council of Fuerteventura. b. In particular, the granting of subsidies to projects aimed at the following purposes and actions, on the island of Fuerteventura, under the competitive competition regime: - Acquisition, adaptation or improvement of self-taxi vehicles adapted for the transport of people with disabilities or reduced mobility (PMR). c. In no case will the following be the subject of a subsidy, and therefore the following will be excluded from the subsidy: 1) The acquisition of auto-taxi vehicles, which are not intended to be adapted for disabled people with reduced mobility, or vehicles that are not included in the category of efficient vehicles. 2) Vehicles not adapted according to Standard UNE 26494.
