FIRST. BENEFICIARIES Foundations, neighborhood associations or any other type of association and other non-profit entities may be beneficiaries of this call for subsidies, as well as individuals who are professionals registered in the special regime for self-employed workers (RETA) on the final date of submission of applications; and for-profit legal entities that develop an economic or business activity related to the purpose of the call. For these purposes, the provisions of the legal regime applicable to the different natural and legal persons as well as their obligations will be followed. SECOND. PURPOSE The purpose of these rules is to regulate, in general, the regime and procedure applicable for the granting of subsidies, in competitive competition, by the Delegation of Culture and Historical Heritage of the City Council of Córdoba, in favor of foundations, associations, other non-profit entities, private companies and self-employed workers, whose purpose is the realization, within the municipal area of Córdoba, of a program of outdoor film screenings, in the period between 15 June and October 15, 2026. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES The consultation of the bases of the call as well as the presentation of applications will be carried out by electronic means, through the General Electronic Registry, which is accessed from the electronic address https://sede. Cordova. es/cordoba, or through its presentation in other electronic records referred to in art. 16. 4 a) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. ROOM. AMOUNT OF THE SUBSIDY. The amount of the subsidy will be determined by the number of points obtained in the evaluation of the project presented, in accordance with the scale contemplated in the eleventh base and will be the result of multiplying the number of points obtained by the economic value established for one point. The economic value established for a point will be the result of dividing one hundred thousand by the sum of points obtained by all the valued projects. However, a maximum amount of thirty thousand euros per project is established or the amount indicated in the application in the event that this is less than the amount resulting from the valuation carried out according to the previous paragraph. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for submission will be fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba. When the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be understood as extended to the first following business day (section 5 of article 30 of Law 39/2015, of October 1).
