Official description of the call

Article 1.- Object 1. The David Delfín International Fashion Award for Original Talent will reward the original and unpublished fashion collection proposal that has not previously been awarded in other competitions, except for the distinctions of the training schools themselves. 2. The theme of the contest is free. 3. For the award of the Prize, the following criteria will be taken into account: a) The quality of the work. b) Its innovative nature. c) Its significance as an outstanding contribution to the culture and/or the consolidation of the fashion industry. Article 2.- Topics and Participants. 1. All natural or legal persons (on the date of publication of the call) who wish to do so may participate with an original and unpublished fashion collection proposal that has not previously been awarded in other competitions, except for the distinctions of the training schools themselves. 2. The contest is open to the participation of creators, designers and artists of all nationalities, origins and places of residence. Article 3.- Deadline and Conditions for submission. 1. Presentation deadline. Registration and presentation of the application for the candidacy of fashion designers/collections/projects: The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days (10 business days), from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Extract of the Call. In the case of verifying that any application has not been received correctly, this circumstance will be communicated to the interested person, who will have a period of 10 business days to send the application, documentation and completed information. After the indicated period, the application will be considered withdrawn. 2.- Presentation of collection proposals. The candidatures will be formalized with the presentation of the collection proposals in two different formats: one telematic and another in physical format, where the collection is exhibited completely freely, in addition to the sending of a prototype of one of the designs (looks) of the collection to evaluate their quality. In the original physical shipments, the title of the collection, year of creation, the name of the designer or designers, email, telephone number and place of origin will be stated. Once the call is opened, the provisions of art 3.1 of the regulatory bases will apply. Article 4.- Request for participation. Once the call is opened, the application for participation in Annex I must be submitted by completely completing it, which will be carried out preferably through electronic means at the electronic headquarters (https://sede.malaga.es/), without prejudice to the provisions of article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, in response to the obligation to interact with the Administration by electronic means: 1. For obligated interested parties to interact with the Administration by electronic means: a) In the electronic registry of the Provincial Council of Malaga, accessible through the electronic headquarters. b) In the common electronic registry, accessible on the website https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do, or the corresponding one where appropriate. Selecting after starting the process, through the search engine, the corresponding unit to which, in accordance with the provisions of this call, the documentation must be sent within the Provincial Council of Malaga (Delegation of Sustainable Economic Development) 2. For the remaining interested parties: a) In some of the previously mentioned media. b) At the Post Office, by certified mail in an open envelope. c) In the registry of the Provincial Council of Málaga located at Calle Pacífico nº 54 C.P. 29004 Malaga, Spain. d) In the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad. e) In the Registration Assistance Office of the Provincial Council of Malaga or in any of the following, as long as they are connected in the Registry Interconnection System (SIR): General Administration of the State, or Administration of the autonomous communities, or entities that make up the Local Administration, or public bodies and entities that make up the institutional public sector. In the case of submitting a request for participation, the candidacy will not be formalized.
