EXTRACT from Decree 4955/2026, of August 26, 2026, which approves the call for the II Competition for the Best Butter Palm in Spain. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). FIRST. Beneficiaries: All pastry, bakery and related establishments with a workshop for their own production and preparation located in Spain and that have a point of sale or collection in Spain can participate in this contest, as long as they meet the following requirements: - Be associated with a Spanish union in the pastry sector. - Not being subject to any of the disqualification circumstances referred to in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. - Be up to date in compliance with your obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency and the General Treasury of Social Security; as well as in compliance with its obligations for reimbursement of subsidies. SECOND. Purpose: To award the prize to the best butter palm tree in Spain in each of the following categories: best butter palm tree and best chocolate butter palm tree; as well as establish the rules that govern the procedure for granting them, in accordance with the provisions of the First Additional Provision of the general Ordinance by which the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Huesca City Council and its dependent entities are approved. THIRD. Regulatory Bases: Regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Huesca City Council and its dependent Entities, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca, No. 69, of April 13, 2016. FOURTH. Amount: Each of the categories will be endowed with a prize consisting of an award that will accredit you as the winner of this contest that you can display in your establishment and in your communications and a financial award of €1,500, attributable to item 06 43102 48000 "Trade promotion. Other transfers." FIFTH. Deadline for submission of applications: Applications for participation may be submitted from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the BOP of Huesca until 2:00 p.m. on October 9, 2026.
