Official description of the call
FIRST.- Beneficiaries: a) The management bodies of the Denominations of Origin and Protected Geographical Indications of agricultural and food products of the province of Salamanca. b) The Associations that have registered or have requested - in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office - the registration of a Guarantee Mark of agricultural or food products of the province of Salamanca without it having issued a refusal resolution, based on a Regulation of use informed favorably by the competent Administration of Castilla y León (hereinafter Associations with a Guarantee Mark). In addition, they must be certified by an external certifying body registered in the Registry of Certification Entities of Agri-Food Products of Castilla y León, for the product and scope in question, understood as a certified brand that which has a certified product on the market. c) Non-profit associative entities that promote the recognition of a quality figure (Protected Designation of Origin, Protected Geographical Indication or Guarantee Mark) of agricultural products or of the province of Salamanca for support activities in the preparation of studies. SECOND.- Purpose: The purpose of this subsidy is to promote the production and marketing of quality agricultural and food products from the province of Salamanca protected with a Protected Designation of Origin, Protected Geographical Indication or Guarantee Mark. THIRD.- Regulatory bases: By Presidential Decree No. 4736/2026, of August 27, the Call for Subsidies aimed at Protected Designations of Origin and Geographical Indications, Associations with a Guarantee Mark and associative entities that promote the recognition of a quality figure was approved 2026.
