The purpose of this resolution is to call for public aid for the year 2026, for the use of renewable energies in Castilla-La Mancha, destined for energy communities and communities of owners. 2. The purpose of this aid is to encourage the use of renewable energies as clean energies that serve to establish a model of sustainable development and energy savings. Second. Legal regime. The aid subject to this call will be governed by Order 52/2026, of April 14, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the use of renewable energies in Castilla-La Mancha, intended for energy communities and communities of owners co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and, specifically, by the provisions of article 2, relating to the legal regime, of the referred order. Third. Beneficiary entities. Energy communities and communities of owners may be beneficiaries of the aid included in this call, in the terms provided for in article 3 of Order 52/2026, of April 14, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development. Room. Financing. Based on the provisions of article 16 of Order 52/2026, of April 14, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, the maximum amount of the credit intended for the financing of the aid called for by this resolution amounts to 10,668,240.50 euros of own funds, charged to budget application 23.06.0000.G/722A/ FPA0090010 of the expense budget of the Ministry of Sustainable Development. Fifth. Eligible actions. The eligible actions under this call must comply with the provisions of article 11 of Order 52/2026, of April 14, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development. Sixth. Validity of the call and submission of applications. 1. In accordance with the provisions of article 18 of Order 52/2026, of April 14, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, the deadline for submitting applications will be six months from the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha and will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate responsible for energy. 2. Applications will be submitted exclusively electronically with an electronic signature, through the online form, which will be included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es), along with the rest of the necessary documentation. When submitted in this way, the original documents must be digitized and presented along with the application as files attached to it. Seventh. Execution period. In accordance with the provisions of article 7 of Order 52/2026, of April 14, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, the execution period ends in a maximum of 15 months, counting from the day following the notification of the resolution granting the requested aid, with the possibility of extending it for a maximum additional period of 6 months, upon a reasoned request from the interested community within the execution period.
