Official description of the call
1.- REGULATORY BASES. 1.1 The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies consisting of subsidized places at the “El Pequeno Sauce” Nursery School in El Sauzal, for the next academic year 2023-2024, were approved by agreement adopted by the Plenary Session of the El Sauzal City Council in an ordinary session on July 30, 2021, and its full text was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife number 118, of October 1, 2021, once the said plenary agreement was raised to final status due to no allegations having been presented. In addition, the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance, published in the Official Gazette of the Province number 190, of November 25, 2005, must be complied with. 1.2 This call for the granting of subsidies consisting of four subsidized places in the “El Pequeno Sauce” Nursery School of El Sauzal at 100% of its cost, and one at 50%, will be carried out in accordance with the ordinary procedure under a competitive competition regime. 2.- BUDGET CREDIT AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF SUBSIDIES. 2.1 In this Call, it is not expected that any expenses will be generated for the municipal coffers, and therefore, any budgetary credit charged to the current municipal Budgets for the current fiscal year 2023, by virtue of the Administrative Contract for the Concession of the Service for the management of the El Sauzal Nursery School “El Pequeno Sauce” signed on October 2, 2020 between this El Sauzal City Council and the concessionaire, by which this contractor undertakes to reserve two places per 8-hour General Time Assistance course with dining room service, for the El Sauzal City Council, one of them financed 100% by the said contractor, without involving a contribution from the City Council, and another 50% for the same and the remaining 50% borne by the beneficiary, (point 5.1, and 28.2.1 of the Tender Document). Specific Administrative Clauses that must govern the Contract), and four places per course also of Assistance in General Hours of 8 hours with dining room service, for this City Council, financed 100% by the contractor, in improvement without additional cost offered by it by virtue of the offer presented for which the contract is awarded (point 12.2 of the Specific Administrative Clauses that must govern the Contract). 2.2 The maximum total amount of the subsidized places called is established, in an estimated manner, for each of them, of Attendance in General Hours of 8 hours with dining service, all of them, in a total of five places, including the place to be granted through direct concession, subsidized at 100% of its cost, and one place subsidized at 50% of its cost, in accordance with the cost of each of the places established by virtue of the current rates established in the merited Administrative Contract for the Concession of Services, that is: 8-hour General Hours Assistance Seat with dining room service: - Monthly General Hours Assistance (8 hours): 195.93 euros. - Monthly Dining Room Service: 74.02 euros. 3.-OBJECT OF THE CALL AND BENEFICIARIES. 3.1 The purpose of this call is the granting of five subsidized places, four of them at 100% of their cost, and one at 50% of their cost, a cost determined in accordance with the provisions of Base Second.2 of this call by virtue of the provisions of the Administrative Contract for the Concession of the Service for the management of the El Sauzal Nursery School “El Pequeno Sauce” signed on October 2, 2020 between this El Sauzal City Council and the concessionaire; on a competitive basis, in order to promote access for children aged 0 to 3 years to the “El Pequeno Sauce” Nursery School, for the next academic year 2023/2024, from September 2023 to June 2024, both included. Likewise, the direct granting of a subsidized place at 100% of its cost, determined in the previously referenced terms, is foreseen, at the proposal of the Social Services of this City Council of El Sauzal, in accordance with the family intervention programs, through the issuance of the corresponding Assessment Report jointly by a social worker and an educator, due to socio-family circumstances of serious risk for the minor, for this same next academic year 2023/2024, from september
