In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the above-referenced resolution is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database ((http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Purpose. Call for applications 2023 of scholarships and aid to which unemployed workers who participate in training actions that do not lead to professional certificates and, where applicable, non-labor professional practices linked to them are entitled, included in the public training offer of the Extremadura Public Employment Service aimed at unemployed workers, within the Autonomous Community of Extremadura Second. aid financed under the call for unemployed workers who participate in training actions that do not lead to professional certificates and, where applicable, non-work professional practices associated with them, included in the scope of application of the call, who meet the specific requirements to access the scholarships and/or each of the types of aid provided for in articles 83, 84 and 85 of the Order of March 27, 2023. For the purposes of the above, unemployed workers will be considered those who are registered as such in the Extremadura Public Employment Service, including agricultural workers. Registration as a job seeker will not be required when a specific rule so provides, and in particular in the case of young people registered in the National Youth Guarantee System File, in accordance with the provisions of Law 18/2014, of October 15, of approval. of urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency. Consideration as an unemployed or non-unemployed worker will be determined by the employment situation of the applicant on the day of the start of the training action or the non-work professional internship or, where applicable, the day of incorporation, if this is after the start of the training action. receipt of the scholarship and/or aid during the time in which the student does not maintain the status of an unemployed person. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of the call are those contained in Section 1, General Provisions, and in Subsection 3, Scholarships and aid for participants in training actions and, where applicable, non-labor professional practices, of Section 3, Provisions applicable to the procedure for granting subsidies under the regime. of direct concession, of Chapter IV, Subsidies intended to finance the training offer aimed at unemployed people, of the Order of March 27, 2023, which regulates the programming, management and control of the offer of vocational training for employment aimed at unemployed workers and establishes the regulatory bases of the subsidies intended for its financing, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura (DOE no. 62, of 30 March). with a source of financing from State Transfers, with the following breakdown by annuities: Annuity 2023: €350,000.00 Annuity 2024: €150,000.00 2.
