* First.- Beneficiaries. * * 1. They may benefit from this aid: * * a. Natural persons of legal age * * b. Public Administrations, public organizations and other * public and private law entities, as well as public, private and public-private companies. * * c. Foundations, social economy companies and their associations, * cooperatives, including self-promotion or self-construction, * non-governmental organizations and associations declared to be of * public utility, non-profit entities and those referred to in the fifth additional provision of Law 7/1985. * * 2. The following will not be able to obtain beneficiary status: * * Persons or entities in which any of the * circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies occur. * * Second.- Object. * * The granting of a subsidy aimed at promoting cooperative housing * in transfer of use (as defined in article 135 section 3) * of Law 4/2022 of October 31 on Cooperative Societies of the * Canary Islands) and other cohousing model residential solutions, * temporary accommodation, intergenerational housing or other * similar modalities, in which, in any case, the * private surface area of accommodation or housing is reduced and the * surface area of interrelation in comparison with the usual solutions * for housing, which are going to be used for leasing, transfer * in use or temporary enjoyment in any regime admitted by law, * whether they are publicly or privately owned. * * * Third.- Regulatory bases. * * Resolution No. 2030/2023, of June 9, 2023. * * * * Fourth.- Amount. * * 1. Persons or entities promoting actions that are the subject of this * program may obtain aid, proportional to the useful area, * both exclusive to accommodation or housing and common spaces and * interrelation, of up to a maximum of 420 euros per square meter of * useful area. * * The maximum amount of this subsidy, as a whole, may not exceed * 50% of the investment of * the action, with a maximum limit of 50,000 euros per accommodation or * home. * * If the aid is requested only for a part of the homes or * accommodations in a promotion, the maximum amount of 420 euros per square meter * of useful area will be applied to the private surface of the * homes or accommodations that are the object of the aid and to the proportional part of * the useful area of ​​common and interrelation spaces. * * The investment of the action, for the purposes of determining the * aid for this program, will consist of all the expenses * inherent to the promotion in question, including taxes. * The cost of the land, the building, the general expenses, * the mandatory reports, the industrial profit and any other * necessary (technical fees, taxes...) are included, as long as * all of them are duly accredited. In this case, the interested party will be offered the possibility of * reformulating their application to adjust the commitments and conditions to the * grantable grant, in accordance with the provisions of article 17 of * Decree 36/2009, of March 31. * * Fifth.- Amount of the call. * * The expenditure is approved for a total initial amount of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED * THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE EUROS (€1,236,755.00), * recorded in budget items 4901.261D 7800200 7049012 * 227G0219 STATE CONTRIBUTION AND CAC PEAV ACTIONS 2022-2025 AND 4901 261D * 7800200 7049012 227G0220 CAC CONTRIBUTION PEAV ACTIONS 2022-2025, * Program 8-Intergenerational temporary accommodation. * * The total volume of subsidies to be granted within this budgetary * year will not exceed the aforementioned appropriations.
