Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. 1. Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) assigned to the Department of Nursing, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy of the UCLM who are active in this Department at the time of submission of the applications may attend this call. 2. The following Research Personnel assigned to the Department of Nursing, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy of the UCLM who are active at the time of submission of the application may also participate in this call: - FPU or FPI predoctoral contracted personnel by call of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha and the University of Castilla-La Mancha and - contracted personnel from the Ramón y Cajal, Juan de la Cierva, Beatriz Galindo and SECTI programs of the UCLM, or similar. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided to finance the expenses associated with the following modalities: A: presentation of communications or presentations at conferences, conferences or workshops of scientific relevance; B: help with the completion of Doctoral Theses C: support for translations of articles D: help with publication in scientific journals with impact factor and registration costs and registration of clinical trials in databases. Any of the aid requested must have a billing date between October 16, 2022 and January 31, 2023. Eligible expenses are: conference registration, travel, accommodation and food, expenses related to the completion of the Doctoral Thesis, translation expenses and article publication expenses. When the expenses correspond to participation in conferences, the applicant must have presented a paper or communication. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 5,000 euros. This budget will be distributed among the four modalities previously contemplated, according to the following proportion: A: 20%; B: 10%; C: 20%; D: 50%. 6. The remainder that may remain in some modalities will be incorporated into the deficit ones based on the aforementioned percentages. The amount of each aid may not exceed the total justified expenses, with the limits per applicant being the following: A. Conferences, Congresses and courses: includes registration, accommodation and transportation expenses in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. - Full-time teachers with communication: an aid per beneficiary, communication and scientific activity of up to €500/year. - Research personnel in training with communication: an aid for communication and scientific activity of up to 250/year. - Associate professors of theory with communication: an aid for communication and scientific activity of up to €150/year. B. Thesis completion aid: a single aid of up to €300/beneficiary/year. C. Support for translations of articles justifying that they have been sent for evaluation to a journal with an impact factor, regardless of their acceptance, up to a maximum of €300/author-a/year. In the event of a remainder, it will be considered to increase the aid to those authors whose expenses have been higher than the maximum provided in this section. Each author can make several requests. D. Support for publication in scientific journals with impact factor and costs of registration and registration of clinical trials in databases accredited for this purpose, up to a maximum of €600/author/registration/year.
