Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 B and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract corresponding to the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http: //www.infosubvenciones.gob.es). First. Object. The purpose of this extract is to establish the call for the help line for projects included in the Investments in renewal action for the population in rural areas. This call is published under the Order of November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure, for the rural development programming period 2014-2020, in accordance with the Participatory Local Development Strategy. The call will be applicable in the geographical scope of action of the Association for the Development of the Campo Arañuelo Region and its surroundings, in Extremadura: Almaraz, Belvís de Monroy, Bohonal de Ibor, Berrocalejo, Casatejad a, El Gordo, Majadas de Tiétar, Mesas de Ibor, Millanes de la Mata, Navalmoral de la Mata, Peraleda de la Mata, Pueblonuevo de Miram ontes, Rosalejo, Talayuela, Tiétar, Valdecañas, Valdehúncar. The purpose of the aid system within the framework of the LEADER axis is the application of innovative strategies through the LEADER methodology, thus contributing to the long-term sustainable development of rural territories, in addition to contributing to the improvement of governance and mobilization of the endogenous development potential of rural areas. Second. Beneficiaries and/or final recipients of the aid Associations, non-profit entities and institutions, with legal personality, or public law persons with a private associative basis, such as the Irrigator Communities or the Quality Indications Regulatory Councils. Third. Regulatory bases. Order November 18, 2020, which regulates the aid system under the LEADER methodology and the management procedure for the 2014-2020 rural development programming period. Room. Amount. For the call for aid indicated, an amount of 15,000.00 euros will be allocated, which will be paid from Budget Application 12.03.314A.789, in accordance with the credit availability recorded in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community, in the Expenditure Project 2016120030022. up to 90% of the eligible investment and with a maximum limit of 200,000.00 euros per project. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura and until September 25, 2023.
