OBJECT AND PURPOSE The purpose of these rules is to regulate the fifth edition of the good practices competition ¿Rural Feminism¿, promoted by the Equality Area of the Provincial Council of Cádiz, competitive. The purpose of this contest is to value and make visible good practices that, integrating the gender approach, promote real and effective equality between women and men in the municipalities of the province of Cádiz. This initiative is part of the celebration of the 15th of October of rural women, proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in its resolution 62/136, of December 18, 2007. This resolution recognized "the decisive role and contribution of rural women, including indigenous women, in promoting agricultural and rural development, improving food security and eradicating rural poverty." Applying the guidelines of the United Nations to our province, the Provincial Council of Cádiz commemorates this important event that has especially favored the situation of rural women, their leadership and access to areas of decision and influence. 2. TARGET ENTITIES Four categories are called:  Category A: projects developed by women for the promotion of the local female population in rural areas. The associations and federations of women from the municipalities with the Local Entities may participate in this category.  Category B: projects on gender equality developed by the member entities of the associations and federations belonging to the Provincial Equality Council of the Provincial Council of Cádiz.  Category C: projects on equality in the town councils of the province of Cádiz.  Category D: projects on gender equality developed by the Local Entities Plant. 11071, Cadiz. CHARACTERISTICS OF ELIGIBLES The entities that participate in this competition may present a project that reflects the good practice, carried out in 2023, and that has not been previously awarded. The project will be explained in length, it will be a minimum of two pages and a maximum of five. Provide images, you can include them in an annex to the report. If you wish to include videos, you can include the link to The report must contain what has been developed and what the achievements have been based on the proposed objectives; It will also explain how it is integrated.
