Suppliers of plant material who are registered in the Registry of suppliers of seeds and nursery plants and/or in the Registry of producers, traders and importers of plants, who have plants included in the list of host plants susceptible to the bacteria Xylella fastidiosa, which have been declared contaminated and/or immobilized by resolution of the person in charge of the general directorate responsible for plant health. Second. Purpose Compensation for those producers or suppliers of plant material affected by the application of mandatory phytosanitary measures for the prevention and fight against Xylella fastidiosa. Third. Regulatory bases Order 6/2018, of February 5, of the Department of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development, which approves the regulatory bases of compensatory aid for the eradication and control of the quarantine bacteria Xylella fastidiosa (DOGV 8236, of 02.16.2018). Order 25/2018, of November 9, of the Department of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development, which modifies Order 6/2018, of February 5, of the Department of Agriculture, Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development, which approves the regulatory bases for compensatory aid for the eradication and control of the quarantine bacteria Xylella fastidiosa (DOGV 8421, dated 12.11.2018).
