SUBSIDIES TO YOUTH ASSOCIATIONS OF THE CITY OF PALENCIA, AIMED AT PROMOTING YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN THE YEAR 2023

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) First. Beneficiaries Youth Associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of this City Council, whose territorial scope is the municipality of Palencia, may benefit from this Call for subsidies. To participate in the call it will be necessary to have justified the subsidies granted in previous years. Those associations that maintain some type of statutory connection with political parties and unions, or that condition registration in the association on affiliation to this type of organization, are excluded. Likewise, those who are beneficiaries of nominative subsidies implemented in collaboration agreements or direct subsidies with the Palencia City Council for the development of actions in the same sector of activity, which are aimed at the same objectives, are excluded. Any type of programs, projects and activities that manifest or imply a profit motive are excluded from the call. Likewise, those that do not develop activities in the youth field are excluded. Second. Object. The subsidies called are intended to promote participation and youth associations through financial support for the expenses disbursed by the entity. Third. Regulatory Bases General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Hon. Palencia City Council, published in BOP on August 11, 2006. Fourth. Amount In accordance with the Municipal Budget for the year 2023, this call is endowed with an amount of 15,000.00 euros, which will be charged to budget application 2023/6/23103/48902. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Requests will be formalized through a request addressed to the Ilmo. Mr. Mayor and will be presented in the General Registry of the Hon. Palencia City Council in the attached application model (Annexes) and within a period of 15 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of these Bases in the B.O.P. Those submitted outside of this period will not be taken into account by the competent body for its resolution. The application format will conform to the standardized model included in the annexes to this call. Sixth. Concession Competitive competition.
