MOLINA HARO; MAYOR - PRESIDENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF BORMUJOS (SEVILLE), HEREBY COMMITS: It is hereby communicated that by the head of the Economic Development Area on May 8, 2023, Resolution number 1262/2023 has been issued, which is transcribed literally below: “RESOLUTION UNDER WHICH THE REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANT OF AID FROM THE CITY COUNCIL OF BORMUJOS AIMED TO FINANCE CERTAIN CURRENT EXPENSES OF COMPANIES THAT CARRY OUT THEIR ACTIVITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BORMUJOS Background: Given the applicable legal provisions: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, aims to regulate the general legal regime of subsidies. granted by Public Administrations, and seeks to adequately respond to the needs that the activity of Public Administrations currently requires in the different aspects contemplated. Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, aims to regulate the requirements of validity and effectiveness of administrative acts, the administrative procedure common to all Public Administrations, including the sanctioning procedure and the claim for liability of public administrations, as well as the principles to which they apply. The exercise of the legislative initiative and regulatory power must be adjusted. The General Subsidies Ordinance of the Bormujos City Council has as its objective the regulation of the applicable procedure for the granting of municipal subsidies, within the framework of the legal regime defined in Law, 38/2003 of November 17, General Law of Subsidies.
