Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and, in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Object. The aid is intended for the establishment of young farmers in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura in accordance with article 75 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/2115, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 2, 2021, and Intervention 6961.1 “Establishment of young farmers” of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, hereinafter PEPAC. Second. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons and jointly owned farms, registered in the Registry of Shared Ownership of Agricultural Holdings of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, who, meeting the conditions of a young farmer, establish themselves on a priority farm for the first time. The date of establishment will be the date on which the young person registers for the first time an agricultural holding with a size greater than 0.2 UTA in the register of agricultural holdings. This aid may be requested up to two calendar years after this date of establishment. The following will not be able to achieve the status of beneficiary: 1. Groups without legal personality, except for shared ownership exploitation. 2. The young farmer who, as a natural person or as a member of a legal entity, or group without personality, except farms of shared ownership: a) Has been the owner of an agricultural farm of size greater than 0.2 UTA prior to the two calendar years prior to the submission of the application. b) Your spouse, in the event that the matrimonial property regime is marital, is or has already been the owner of an agricultural holding with a size greater than 0.2 UTA prior to the two calendar years prior to the submission of the application, except if both become a jointly owned holding, which must be registered in the official registry of shared ownership. c) Has been a beneficiary of this aid. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 56/2023, of May 24, which establishes the regulatory bases and rules of application of the aid regime for the establishment of young farmers in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the first call for the year 2023. Fourth. Total amount of the call. The aid approved in this Call will be granted from the credits included in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, in the expenditure project 20230291 “7561.1 Establishment of young farmers (6961.1 PEPAC)”, for a total amount of THIRTY MILLION EUROS (€30,000,000) charged to the application budget 120040000 G/353A/77000 FR23756101 20230291, in accordance with the following annuities and amounts: ANNUITY AMOUNT 2023……………………………………………… €0 2024……………………………………€1,500,000 2025…………………………………€13,500,000 2026……………………………€13,000,000 2027……………………………………€2,000,000 The expenditure corresponding to this aid is 75% co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and by the Government of Extremadura, in accordance with the economic resources assigned to Intervention 6961.1 of the Plan Strategic CAP of Spain 2023-2027 “Aid for the establishment of young farmers”. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if budgetary availability allows, these amounts may be increased to the corresponding amount, in accordance with the applicable regulations, when such increase is a consequence of the generation, incorporation or extension of credit. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 45 calendar days, computed from the day following the day on which the simultaneous publication of the decree incorporating the call and this extract in the Official Gazette of Extremadura takes place.
