Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Breeder organizations officially recognized for the management and control of the herd book of livestock breeds and regional organizations that, in turn, are integrated into the previous ones that meet the requirements established in the second section, may qualify for the status of beneficiary of this aid. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call, under a competitive competition regime, through the advance processing procedure in 2023, the aid intended for the conservation, use and sustainable development of livestock genetic resources in Castilla-La Mancha, included in Order 76/2019, of May 8, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for the aid intended for conservation, use and sustainable development of genetic resources in Castilla-La Mancha, within operation 10.2.1 of conservation of livestock genetic resources of the Rural Development Program for Castilla-La Mancha 2014-2020. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 76/2019, of May 8, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid intended for the conservation, use and sustainable development of genetic resources in Castilla-La Mancha, within operation 10.2.1 of conservation of livestock genetic resources of the Rural Development Program for Castilla-La Mancha 2014-2020, published in DOCM no. 100, of May 24, 2019. Fourth. Amount. The intensity of the aid may reach 100% of eligible costs, with a limit of 15 euros per UGM in Castilla-La Mancha. For the purposes of applying the intensity of this aid, UGM will be understood as the number of breeding males and females registered in the herd book, according to the table of equivalences included as Annex III. However, the maximum limit of aid is 200,000 euros per year per organization. The aid will be co-financed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the European Union through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), in the percentages established in the Rural Development Program of Castilla-la Mancha for the period 2014-2020, which are 17.5%, 7.5% and 75% respectively. The budgetary credit available for this call is 1,445,476.56 euros, for a period of 2 years, attributable to the following items and with the following distribution by annuities of an estimated nature, the granting of subsidies being conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient budgetary credit. Application submission deadline. The purpose of this aid is to support the conservation, sustainable use and development of genetic resources in agriculture, to promote the conservation and maintenance of livestock genetic resources, through in situ and ex situ conservation actions.
