Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Entities, groups and associations that carry out or have carried out work to promote music in San Fernando in the year 2023. Second. Object. Third. Regulatory Bases. The regulatory bases of this call are inserted in the Resolution of the General Delegation of the Area of Democratic Development and Citizenship dated 05/24/2023 and in the Decree of rectification of the General Delegation of the Area of Democratic Development and Citizenship, in office, dated 06/02/2023, by which the maximum date of the period for justifying the use of the amounts received is modified, in the website of the San Fernando City Council (www.sanfernando.es/ayto/) and on the platform of the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) Fourth. Contribution of the Delegation to all the subsidies called. The estimated maximum total amount provided for subsidies to individuals, entities and associations that have carried out work to promote Culture in San Fernando during the fiscal year 2023, and imputed to the fiscal year of 2023, conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting resolution, is ninety thousand euros (€90,000.00), charged to the budget application 2023/50/334/489. Fifth. Deadline, form and place of submission of applications. Subsidy applications will be formalized by application, accompanied by the documents required for each case (Report or eligible project) and within the deadlines established for this. The requests will be addressed to the Acting Mayor-President of the Hon. and llmo. San Fernando City Council and will be presented during the TWENTY CALENDAR DAYS following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. For the registration of documentation before the Hon. and llmo. San Fernando City Council, the following will be attended to: Presentation by individual: a) In person, at the Citizen Services Office, located in the Town Hall, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (winter) and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (summer). b) Through www.sanfernando.es – Electronic Headquarters – Electronic procedures – General electronic application -. Presentation by legal entity: Only with a digital certificate (all non-profit associations or businesses must submit it with a digital certificate). In applications submitted by entities and associations, the applicant's relationship with the aforementioned entity, association or board of directors must be accredited. Sixth. Compatibility/incompatibility with other grants. The subsidies in this call will be compatible with other subsidies, aid, income and resources obtained for the same purpose, coming from any administrations, public or private entities. The subsidies of this call will be incompatible with the receipt of subsidies from the City Council on a nominative basis for the same annuity.
