Call for the CUALIFÍCATE Plan, aimed at improving the employability of working people in Aragon, through the execution of Vocational Training for Employment actions, aimed primarily at the unemployed

Official description of the call

First. —Beneficiaries. They may participate in this call, in accordance with the provisions of article 7 of Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23 and art. 14.2.c) of Law 30/2015, of September 9, training entities, when they are registered, on the date of publication of the call, in the Registry of Collaborating Centers in Training and Professional Insertion of the Autonomous Community of Aragon or, where applicable, in the State Registry of Training Entities. In the latter case, at the time of starting the training, the entities must have facilities in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Aragon that meet the appropriate conditions to be able to provide the requested training specialties. Second. - Object. The purpose of this order is to call, for the financial year 2023, the subsidies intended to finance the CUALIFÍCATE Plan, aimed at improving the employability of workers in Aragon, through the execution of Vocational Training for Employment actions, aimed primarily at those who are unemployed. Third. —Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for these subsidies are included in Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23, which regulates the training offer of the Vocational Training system in the workplace associated with the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications carried out by the competent administrations, establishing regulatory bases, as well as the conditions for its financing (BOE No. 239, of October 5). Room. — Amount. The budgetary credits of this call may be subject to an increase derived from a generation, expansion or incorporation of credit without the need for a new call, but from the processing of the procedure for its modification and corresponding publication in the “Official Gazette of Aragon”, in accordance with the provisions of article 42.2 of the consolidated text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, approved by Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon. The distribution of the budgetary credits of this call is estimated and the alteration of its distribution will not require a new call, but will require the modifications that may be made in the expenditure file before the resolution of the concession. In that case, in accordance with the provisions of article 58.4 and 5 of the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, it will be necessary for the granting body to proceed to the publication in the "Official Gazette of Aragon" of the final distribution prior to the granting resolution, without such publicity implying the opening of the period to submit new applications, nor the start of a new calculation of the period. to resolve. Fifth. — Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting subsidy applications is ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Aragon. Sixth. — Other data. 1.The application model together with the complementary documentation must be completed through the GESTIFOR application (PAS Unemployed CP 2023 https://plan.aragon.es/GFWEB2023.nsf) and, in any case, it must be downloaded, signed and presented through an electronic registry, preferably through the General Electronic Registry of the Public Administration of Aragon.
