Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier. First. Beneficiaries. The Spanish Red Cross and the entities of the Third Sector of Social Action defined in article 2 of Law 43/2015, of October 9, that develop the eligible actions provided for in the annexes of the call in the Community of Castilla y León may be beneficiaries of this type of subsidies, as long as they meet the requirements set out in the Fifth Base of Order FAM/624/2019, of June 21. When the beneficiary is a federation or another type of legal entity that includes them, the entities associated with it, which undertake to carry out all or part of the actions that support the granting of the subsidy, in the name and on behalf of the former, will also be considered beneficiaries. In this case, the entities associated with the federation will not be able to individually submit another independent request to carry out a similar project (essentially the same). Second. Object, purpose and eligible action. Call for subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, charged to the tax allocation of 0.7% of Personal Income Taxes (I.R.P.F.) and Corporate Taxes. The purpose of the subsidies is to serve social purposes within the Community of Castilla y León. Programs that, in addition to meeting the requirements established in the regulatory bases, are described for each of the subsidy lines in the annexes to the call, will be eligible for subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases. Order FAM/624/2019, of June 21, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León no. 122, of June 27, which has been modified by Orders FAM/695/2020, of July 23 (B.O.C. and L. no. May (B.O.C. and L. no. 108, of June 7), FAM/757/2022, of June 22 (B.O.C. and L. no. 123, of June 28) and FAM/638/2023, of May 12 (B.O.C. and L. no. 95, of May 19). Room. Amount. The budgetary credit allocated to these subsidies is €22,174,831.09, which will be granted from the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for 2023, which have been approved under Law 3/2022, of December 29. In accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on Subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León, and in order to meet a greater number of subsidy applications, an additional amount may be added to the described financing for an amount not exceeding 50% of the total. The effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit and, where appropriate, the prior approval of the appropriate budget modification. Fifth. Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will end on July 28, 2023, inclusive.
