Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid will be the parents or adopters of boys or girls, born or adopted, during the period indicated in the previous paragraph. Second. Purpose The purpose of this regulation is to regulate the procedure for requesting, processing and granting aid that the Magaz de Pisuerga City Council grants for the birth or adoption of children. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies are contained in the General Ordinance for the granting of subsidies approved by the Municipal Plenary on November 21, 2013 and published in the BOP of Palencia on February 14, 2014 and in the specific bases of the Call approved by Decree dated 11/14/2019. Room. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are the following 920,489.00 and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is €6,000. The amount of the benefit will be between THREE HUNDRED (€300.00) AND SIXTEEN EUROS (€600.00) per child born or adopted. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications for aid, addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, will be submitted to the General Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Applications submitted from January 1, 2023 and not resolved should not be submitted again, including them within this call. The deadline for submitting the application will be three months from the day following birth or, in the case of adoption, from the day following registration in the family book. Sixth. Other data. These must be accompanied by the following documentation: Application for single-payment financial aid and responsible declaration of being up to date with tax obligations with the Treasury, with Social Security and with the Magaz de Pisuerga City Council. Bank current account number where the deposit will be made. Certified photocopy of the applicant's family book and ID. If deficiencies are observed in the presentation of the applications or in the documentation, the interested parties will be required to proceed to correct them within a period of ten days and, if they do not do so, they will be considered to have abandoned their requests, following a timely resolution.
