Official description of the call
- Provision: Decree 2023/2157 of May 30 - Bases: Municipal Ordinance Regulating Subsidies of the City Council of Hondarribia, and its Annex III, corresponding to the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to Non-Governmental Organizations to finance cooperation programs with developing countries, published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, number 143, of July 29, 2020. - Purpose: To proceed with the Call under a competitive competition regime for subsidies to Non-Governmental Organizations to finance cooperation programs with developing countries, in accordance with the Bases corresponding to Annex III of the aforementioned Subsidy Granting Ordinance. The subsidies included in these Rules will be used to finance specific projects and activities, carried out or to be carried out during the years 2022 and 2023 - Beneficiaries: Legally constituted, non-profit Non-Governmental Organizations or Institutions, whose activities coincide with the purpose of this call and with representation in Gipuzkoa, will be eligible for these aid. - Amount: The maximum amount of the subsidies to be awarded amounts to the amount of €236,621, charged to budget item 0208.481.01.230.00 2023. - Application deadline: The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of the call announcement in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. - Applications: Subsidy applications and the corresponding documentation will be submitted electronically, through the Entry Registry on the municipal website. Applications must include the documentation indicated in article 4 of Annex III of the Ordinance, available, along with the application forms, on the City Council's website. In addition to the duly completed application, the project form must be completed (Annex 1). For justification, annexes 2, 3, 4 and 5 must be duly completed. - Evaluation criteria: The applications will be examined by the technician of the Social Services department, and may request collaboration with a Non-Governmental organization, not participating in the contest, to prepare the corresponding report. It will be the Social Services Assessment Commission, which is designated, who, based on this report, will make the corresponding proposals, submitting them to the competent body for resolution. The evaluation of the applications will be made based on the criteria indicated in article 6 of Annex III of the Ordinance. - Resolution and notification period: The maximum period for resolution and express notification will be SIX MONTHS, counted from the end of the application submission period and the interested entities will be notified in accordance with the provisions of article 41 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, by electronic notification. The resolution will put an end to the administrative route - Reformulation: There will be no possibility of reformulation of requests. In everything else, the provisions of current regulations will be followed; Municipal Subsidy Regulatory Ordinance in force and its Annex I; Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies and other related regulations.
