1. Purpose of the subsidy. 1.1. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the aid that the Beasain City Council will grant both for the ordinary operating expenses of the Women's, Feminist and LGTBI Associations and for the development of specific programs and/or services aimed at promoting equality between women and men. 1.2. The programs or activities must be carried out on a non-profit basis, they will have the municipal area of ​​Beasain as their development framework or, if they are developed outside this municipal area, they must have as beneficiaries people registered in the municipality of Beasain; and must be developed during the year corresponding to the call for the subsidy. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy Non-profit municipal associations may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these Bases and that, in addition, meet the following requirements: Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry of Associations. Registration in the corresponding Public Registry must be at least one year in advance of the date of publication of this call in the "OFFICIAL BULLETIN of Gipuzkoa".
